We are looking for a blogger/writer to join our team and contribute a relevant 300-500 word post twice-monthly. Topics will be shared with the writer, though keeping abreast of events throughout the foundation by communicating with other volunteers is recommended. The role includes the research portion of the role.

Social Media Ambassador

Time Commitment: 2-4 hours per week
Location: Anywhere in Canada

Searching for a social media savvy volunteer interested in coming up with engaging ways to target teachers and families with youth in grades 4 – 8. We are looking for dedicated volunteers that can help us grow interest in Kids Write 4 Kids by spreading the word through social media by using your own social media accounts. If you have interesting ideas and approaches to help reach our target audience we want you on our team.

Advocate Volunteer

Time Commitment: 1-2 hours per week
Location: Anywhere in Canada

We wish we had wings, so we could fly by schools across Canada to tell them about our Kids Write 4 Kids Challenge, but until we grow a set, we need some extra hands. We are searching for people that would be interested in contacting schools in their area to promote Kids Write 4 Kids to teachers, parents groups and with the kids themselves. We will provide you promotional materials, previous winners books, and anything that can help you be successful. We need you to provide the enthusiasm and reach out to your local schools.
